No. Logistify is a managed AI service. We use our own tools, AI Agents, and Human Reviewers to do recurring work for you, then return the completed result through the systems your team already uses. Your team receives finished sales orders, current supplier commitments, and clear exceptions instead of another app to operate.
Choose based on how many orders and documents you need handled each month. Core includes 500 completed tasks, which is about 25 orders a day. Core takes work in by email and includes a shared account manager. Business includes 1,500, which is about 70 orders a day, and adds WhatsApp as an input channel and a dedicated account manager. Enterprise covers unlimited volume, multi-system workflows, and a dedicated service team.
A completed task is one piece of work finished and returned through your existing system, such as a sales order entered into your ERP, an open purchase order line progressed with a supplier commitment, a product catalog cleaned, a dock appointment booked, or an invoice matched. Work that is rejected during review does not count.
Yes. A pilot runs one workflow for 30 days, covers up to 150 completed tasks, and costs $1,000. If you sign an annual Core or Business contract within 14 days of the pilot ending, the full $1,000 is credited toward it.
We keep processing your work. One busy month does not change your plan. If you go over your plan's completed tasks two months in a row, we will suggest moving up to the next plan, from Core to Business or from Business to Enterprise, so your plan matches your volume.
Annual billing gives you 2 months free. Core is $499 per month billed annually or $599 month to month. Business is $999 per month billed annually or $1,199 month to month.
Core includes 4 managed workflows: Sales Order Entry, Purchase Order Tracking and Supplier Follow-Up, Product Catalog, and Accounts Receivable, plus custom ERP connections where your workflow requires them. Business adds Dock Scheduling for 5 managed workflows, along with higher monthly volume, WhatsApp, and a dedicated account manager. Enterprise adds the System Integration service as a sixth workflow, plus custom workflows and a dedicated service team.
You can upgrade at any time, effective immediately. Monthly plans can be cancelled anytime, and downgrades take effect at the start of the next monthly billing cycle. Annual plans run for 12 months, and downgrades take effect at renewal.
Yes. QuickBooks Desktop and QuickBooks Online are both supported on all plans.
Yes. TallyPrime is supported on all plans.
Logistify works with QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop, TallyPrime, Unleashed, BREWW, SYSPRO, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Xero, Shopify, Amazon, Walmart, and other business systems. We use the connection method that fits your setup, including APIs, email, file imports, and supported desktop bridges.
You give Logistify access to the channels where the work already arrives, such as a shared inbox, WhatsApp, SMS, or document folder. We also connect to the ERP, accounting, inventory, WMS, CRM, or ecommerce system where the finished record belongs. Access is scoped to the workflow we manage.
Our humans, who are supply chain specialists, review the work. AI Agents process the routine parts of the workflow, while our specialists check exceptions, ambiguous records, unusual pricing, missing information, and other cases that need judgment before the result is approved.
Many standard workflows can begin within hours once access and sample work are available. Enterprise onboarding, including custom integrations and security reviews, typically takes 1–3 days. A personal onboarding manager helps your team get started.
