How our platform is built
Encrypted in transit and at rest
Data sent to and from Logistify is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3. Data stored in our systems is encrypted at rest with AES-256, protecting its confidentiality and integrity at every stage of processing.
Isolated, filtered cloud infrastructure
Our platform runs on Google Cloud Platform, with services connected over encrypted private networking. Public traffic passes through Cloudflare, which provides DDoS mitigation, bot detection, and filtering at the edge.
AI providers that keep nothing
Every AI provider we use is bound by a zero-retention agreement. Your operating data is not stored by the provider, not used to train models, and not shared with anyone else.
How we work inside your systems
Access scoped to the workflow
We connect only to the channels where the work arrives and the systems where the finished record belongs, with access limited to the workflow we manage.
People approve what reaches your ERP
AI agents handle routine processing. Our reviewers check exceptions before results are returned, and a person confirms every supplier message and arrival-date update before it is sent or written.
Your data stays yours
You keep ownership of everything you send us. We process it only to deliver the service.
