## What Logistify AI does

Logistify AI is a managed AI services firm for manufacturers, distributors, and 3PL providers. We take responsibility for recurring supply chain work that arrives through email, WhatsApp, SMS, phone, PDFs, spreadsheets, and other channels. We process it and return completed records through the customer's existing ERP, accounting, inventory, WMS, CRM, or ecommerce systems.

AI Agents handle routine processing. Human Reviewers check exceptions such as ambiguous product matches, unusual pricing, missing information, and records that need judgment. Customers receive the completed result and source/review history, rather than another software tool their team must operate.

## Managed workflow services

### Sales Order Agent

Logistify captures orders from WhatsApp, email, SMS, voicemail, paper, and PDF files. It extracts customer, product, quantity, delivery, and instruction details, matches them to the customer's ERP SKUs, checks inventory, and returns a clean confirmed sales order to the ERP. Exceptions are reviewed by a person.

### Product Catalog Agent

Logistify receives supplier spreadsheets and documents, normalizes product data, maps fields and SKUs, identifies missing values, and returns a clean product catalog ready for the customer's ERP or ecommerce system.

### Dock Scheduling Agent

Logistify manages appointment requests, checks dock capacity, confirms suitable time slots, and records the appointment in the customer's system. Unusual requests and capacity conflicts go to Human Review.

### Accounts Receivable Agent

Logistify follows up on outstanding invoices through approved email, WhatsApp, and SMS channels, records responses, routes disputes, and updates the customer's finance workflow. A reviewer handles sensitive or unclear cases.

### Procurement Agent

Logistify processes purchase requisitions, prepares purchase orders, follows up with approved vendors, records confirmations, and processes goods received notes through the customer's existing systems.

### Inbounds, Outbounds, Returns, Inventory Verification, and Lead Generation

These managed workflows cover warehouse receiving, dispatch coordination, return requests and credit notes, stock verification and discrepancy review, and outbound prospecting. Each workflow is scoped to the customer's process, uses AI for routine work, includes human review where needed, and returns completed records or approved communications through existing systems.
