Logistify AI allows Warehouse Partners to choose among three standardized cancellation policies (Flexible, Moderate, and Strict) that we will enforce to protect both Shippers and Warehouse Partners alike. Each listing and reservation on our site will clearly state the cancellation policy. Shippers may cancel and review any penalties by viewing their shipping plans and then clicking ‘Cancel’ on the appropriate booking. A Warehouse Partner will be able to see the number of bookings a shipper has canceled over the previous 12 months when the shipper submits a request to book.
For a full refund of rental fees, cancellation must be made five full days prior to listing’s local check in time (or 3:00 PM if not specified) on the day of check in. For example, if check-in is on Friday, cancel by the previous Sunday before check in time.
If the shipper cancels less than 5 days in advance, the first day is non-refundable but 50% of the rental fees for remaining days will be refunded.
If the shipment arrives and the shipper decides to check out early, 50% of the rental fees for the days not spent 24 hours after the cancellation occurs are refunded.
